Get ready to invent, construct, and explore at Make It, Build It!—a hands-on camp where imagination and engineering come together! Campers will design, build, and experiment with creative materials to turn everyday objects into extraordinary inventions.
One material. Endless possibilities.
At The Many Uses Of... camp, one simple material becomes the star of the show! Each day, campers explore all the clever, creative, and scientific ways to use a single everyday item—like rubber bands, popsicle sticks, or paper clips—to build, invent, and experiment.
They’ll stretch their imagination (and their materials!) to test how one item can be transformed into levers, catapults, pulleys, or structural supports. Daily Themes
Military Wednesday - A fun and fast introduction to camp, your coach and new teammates! We call it "Military Monday" because we run a tight (positive) ship on Monday to get shirts passed out, teams divided and everyone organized.
Final Four Wednesday - We love to close the week with tournaments and games to highlight the skills we've been working on all week. In our older divisions with 4 or more teams we will seed and play out a tournament to close out the week. Campers will also have 1 on 1 conversations with their coach about how the week went, what they excelled at and how they can improve. Each camper will go home with a hand written report card!
