AM: Skills Training - Club & Middle School Prep

Our Club & Middle School Prep program offer a strong emphasis on skill development with experienced and trained coaches to get your player ready for the upcoming season.



We aim to provide each player the opportunity to experience a high number of repetitions in various aspects of the game of soccer. Whether that is shooting, footwork, passing, or defense, our highly trained staff will lead players through fun, multiple repetition drills and competitions. We believe that the best way to learn is to —see, hear, and do.



This is fast paced environment where improving is fun!



Example Schedule:



10-15 min of Footwork Fundamental Skill Development

5-10 min of Defense Fundamental Skill Development

15-20 min of Live Ball Team Competition

5-10 min of Finer Points of Shooting - Proper Shooting Form

10-15 min of Shooting Emphasis

15-20 min of Scrimmage
