Carlmont High School - Winter Volleyball League

AM: Girls Volleyball Development Academy (12U+14U)

In this all girls program, we aim to provide a fun and professional introduction to the game. Over a six week course, our highly trained and experienced staff will teach your child a new fundamental skill each week followed by a fun, non-competitive game. Weekly skill development may include teaching fundamentals such as Hitting, Passing, Serving, Setting, Blocking, Spiking, and Footwork.

Participants who sign up individually will be placed onto teams at our first session.

Example Schedule:
10 min of Hitting/Passing Development
10-15 min of Fundamental Skill Development (new skill each week)
10-15 min of Fun Competitive Practice
20-30 min of Game Time/Scrimmage!
